Spaces are being assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Teams who are vending (either food or product) are given the first row. That’s why we only allow 6 teams to vend BBQ, and 5 to vend products like spices, rubs or sauces. (Space 1-2 is reserved on an annual basis by a well known competitor).

If you are a team, and want a specific spot number, please let me know upon paying your entry fee, and if it available we’ll mark it off.  We currently have 15 teams registered and paid, so there are 15 spaces already taken. (We have 1 BBQ vendor spot left, as well as 4 of the BBQ product sales spaces. It’s no extra cost to be a BBQ vendor!)
